  1. It’s nice that you talked about how dancing is a cardiovascular exercise that could help improve heart and lung function. Our son’s lungs are a bit weak, so we want to improve his health by having him exercise through dancing. So, we’ll enroll him in kids hip hop dance classes next summer.
